The supporting company, in addition to the sponsorship fee, must cover all speaker expenses including registration, accommodation and travel expenses. This also applies to speakers who have already been invited by the congress.

Opportunity to organise 30 minutes interactive sessions with your target audience in a personal atmosphere to enhance knowledge exchange (programme subject to the approval by the Congress Scientific Committee)
Includes seating area for up to 50 people in the exhibition hall during exhibition opening hours, all rental, standard audio/visual equipment, display table.
The supporting company in addition to the sponsorship fee must cover all speaker expenses including registration, accommodation and travel expenses. This also appliesto speakers who have already been invited by the congress.

Travel Grants

Young scientists who submitted abstracts of outstanding scientific quality will be supported with travel grants. The amount and number of travel grants provided may be defined by the sponsor in agreement with EPA. Recipients of a sponsored travel grant are selected by the Programme Committee.

MOBILE APPLICATION

The mobile application enables participants to access all Congress related information and functions, such as scientific program, abstracts, faculty information, participants "personal scheduler", membership information, industry support and exhibition information, city information, etc..

Sponsors are offered to gain exposure via the mobile application with the following:
Full-page display of the company's logo as soon as the App is started (in exhibitor section only). Will be shown for 5 seconds
2 push messages to all native app users

CONGRESS BAGS

Sponsor's logo placed on every delegate bag along with the EPA Congress branding. The bags will be given to each delegate at the registration area upon his arrival and registration to the Congress.

*Bags will be provided subject to support by the industry.

E-POSTERS AREA

An electronic version of the traditional poster boards will be displayed on monitor screens in a prime location. The highly trafficked e-Poster computer terminals will allow attendees to access the electronic poster presentations easily and conveniently.

Sponsor's benefits will include:

INTERNET STATIONS

There will be an internet area equipped with workstations where attendees may check e-mails. Sponsor will have the opportunity to display company logo on screen saver, on screen background and to set company home page as the default home page.

DELEGATES WIRELESS ACCESS

Internet access at the Congress will be offered free of charge. Infrastructure, setup and maintenance are included in the sponsorship fee. Most delegates are expected to use the WiFi network during the Congress. The sponsor can either create a specific landing page or the Congress Organiser will provide a neutral page with the sponsor's logo, as the start page that delegates see when connecting to the wireless network.

hospitality suite / meeting room

An opportunity to hire a room at the Annual Meeting venue that will be used as a Hospitality Suite. Supporters will be able to host guests throughout the Annual Meeting. Supporters will have the option to order catering at an additional cost. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes and compliance guidelines.
